Real estate

Marketing teams in real estate produce a high volume of near-identical creative. The same project needs assets for channel partner communications, broker collateral, social campaigns, portal listings and performance ads, each in different dimensions, each with different amounts of copy, each still bound by the same brand guidelines and the same regulatory disclosures.
Turnaround runs through an external agency or a small internal design team, and the constraint is not talent, it is the queue. Testing five variants of a headline is theoretically obvious and practically impossible when each variant is a design request with a two day turnaround.

A creative generation agent that produces first draft campaign concepts, copy variants, image compositions and layout options from the brand guidelines and the project's own information, at the volume needed to actually test rather than to fill a slot.
The output is a draft. A human approves everything that goes out.
Model and surface
Claude for concept, copy and layout direction, paired with image generation for visual composition. Delivered as a Claude Project the marketing team uses directly, with the brand system loaded as persistent knowledge.
Connectors
Google Drive for the brand guideline document, the approved asset library, project fact sheets, floor plates and price lists. Where the client runs a DAM, the approved asset library is read from there instead.
Skill
The brand system is encoded, not attached. The skill carries the permitted colour values, the typographic hierarchy, the logo clear space and minimum size rules, the tone of voice with worked examples of compliant and non-compliant copy, the mandatory regulatory disclosures including RERA registration and the placement rules for them, and the format specification for every channel the team publishes to. A second skill holds the channel partner communication conventions, which differ from consumer facing copy in register and in what may be stated about inventory and pricing.
Data flow
The marketer states the campaign objective, the project and the channel. The agent pulls the project's approved facts, applies the brand and channel skills, and returns a set of concepts with copy, visual direction and format-correct layouts. The marketer selects, then iterates in the same thread rather than re-briefing.
Human review
Mandatory and structural. No asset is published from the agent. Regulatory disclosure presence is checked by the agent and re-checked by a human before release, because a missing RERA number is a legal exposure and not a design error.
Governance
The agent works only from the approved asset library and approved project facts. It cannot state a price, a possession date or an inventory position that does not appear in a connected approved source, which is the specific failure mode that makes generative marketing dangerous in this industry.
A launch campaign needs channel partner collateral and a consumer social set in the same week. The marketer states the project, the objective and the two audiences.
The agent returns six concept directions, each with channel partner and consumer variants of the copy written in different registers, each laid out to the correct format specification, each carrying the mandatory disclosures in the correct position. The marketer kills four, asks for the surviving two to be pushed further in opposite tonal directions, and has a testable set the same afternoon.
What previously produced one approved concept now produces six tested ones, and the winning creative is chosen on performance rather than on the first idea that survived the queue.
