The Role:
We are looking for a full-time, in-person Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist in Gurugram.
What we are looking for:
Strong reading, writing and research skills, not just After Effects or Premiere Pro skills.
Strong curiosity and interest in the field of technology and the future.
Strong observational skills, so you can notice the tiniest of details and patterns.
Habit of fixing problems and figuring things out fast.
High agency behaviour and the ability to do and finish things on time.
Strong taste and a lover of high-quality content.
Responsibilities:
Doom scrolling YouTube or Instagram every single day, carefully monitoring what people are interested in and what is working for competitors.
Editing long-form YouTube videos and short-form Instagram Reels end to end making sure you pay attention to synced cuts, pacing, b-roll, text, sound design, colour.
Building motion graphics that explain hard tech ideas simply to make them look way more exciting than they are.
Owning retention by watching the retention graph after every upload, finding where people dropped, and fixing that pattern in the next video.
Cutting the first 3 seconds like it is a separate project.
Sourcing your own visual references using your own taste and judgement without the need for micromanaging.
Working with the Writers, Pattern Finder and YouTube Manager so the edit matches the intent of the script.
Remembering patterns, insights, and behavioural observations, and conveying them to the YouTube Manager and Writers.
Why join us:
Fast growth in both income levels and skill levels.
Direct access to Brand Managers and Creators working on the biggest tech brands in the world (Google, Microsoft, Figma, OpenAI, NVIDIA and more).
Direct mentorship from Ansh Mehra and our team, which has scaled to 1M+ followers.
Have access to some of the smartest people in the field of AI, Design & Content.
